Coaching for Teenagers
'Reaching the Stars' is a 12 week online course for teenagers focusing on mindset, goal setting, and academic success. When clients start they often report they are feeling stressed, anxious and overwhelmed. Sometimes they are frustrated, feeling misunderstood and lost.

The course structure begins by looking at stepping out of the comfort zone, how to set manageable goals and working on confidence and happiness. We then move onto organisational skills, pathways and tools to success and bodymind techniques which can be used for the rest of their lives. By the end of the course, teens are ready to take on their academic and life journeys feeling positive, enthusiastic and resilient.

Parents in turn are supported and kept in the loop with weekly topics and how they can support progress being made at home. Often this coaching has a positive impact on the whole family as young people and their parents learn how to understand themselves and each other better. Relationships strengthen, life becomes easier, and positivity lifts everyone's spirits.
